How long would you last in the retail/service industry So you remember that time you were standing in line waiting for the cashier to cash the person out in front  of you wondering why is it taking so long. Or waiting for your waiter to come back to your  table but takes forever to come.  We have all been there. But we have no idea what it is like to be on the opposite side. People who work in retail/service industry have it tough. They deal with rude customers all day and 95% of the time they are standing for over 6+ hours.
